TOTO’s Concept 190 Store in San Francisco, approached Satoriteller to create an experiential bathroom installation (we know... aren’t all bathrooms experiential?!).
This installation would need to teach, entertain, transform, and relax skeptical American consumers, and turn them into true TOTO Washlet fans. We knew this couldn’t be just any interactive. We knew this experience would need to be true to TOTO’s core brand promise: people-first innovation. How we flushed it out: A one-of-a-kind animated hologram immersed in projection mapped walls.
